Description
I offer this course to people of all ages and levels of tennis experience. I know that this course contains only the most necessary exercises and demonstrations without emotions and unnecessary information, only the core. Feel free to add details of your own liking or advice from others if you find my information insufficient or unclear. You can also contact me for clarification of misunderstood. I reply within 48 hours. Excerpts from training sessions with my students of different ages and competencies in tennis are used in this course with their consent. By strictly adhering to these simple tips, you will be able to master and develop the physical skills for the game and the techniques of playing tennis. An overview of the most necessary equipment for the game, which can be bought at any ordinary sports store, a video and a short description of the most necessary types of physical exercises for warming up and acquiring the skills of correct movements for making tennis hits and tennis running, types of training for children and adults in the summer and an example of a game on the winter clay surface in the free part. Analysis of all types of hits in tennis at a normal and slow pace in the paid part of the course.
