The Yellow Belt Certification course ensures your employees learn how to be positive and results-oriented continuous improvement team members. In this course, comprised of 10 micro-learning modules, each module is under 10 minutes in length; we will discuss how to best operate within your own department as part of a Green Belt or Black Belt’s continuous improvement team.
