    Description

    When we try to see our face on a dusted water surface, we see a distorted face, instead of our real face. When we see it again and again, then we start believe that our face is really distorted, that leads to further psychological difficulties. What we all need to do is to wait for the dust to sediment under the water surface. Once the sedimentation of the dusts is complete under the water, then we can see the real face of ours. Then, obviously, we are slowly coming out of the psychological problems that have been developed so far. In the same manner, when various memories, emotions, thoughts and feelings are filled with related disturbances, distortions and aberrations, then we are not able to see the complex process of our life and ourselves clearly. This leads to multiplied complications in our psychological health. The primary reason is that all the memories and experiences with bundles of thoughts and emotions are not yet completely assimilated, nor processed appropriately  or not placed in the appropriate sockets of the brain. The restful brain and physical body can do these processes effectively. That is why Sleep is a significant process of our life, but it does not happen consciously. MEDITATION is a gift of ancient yogic culture, that helps us to put our body and mind in deep restful state, while we stay maximum conscious enough. This process helps our brain to sediment all the unfinished psychological  or false cognitive outcomes, smoothly and pretty soon with minimum or no friction in our mind. Chakra Meditations are significant ancient Indian yogic practices that have been taught and practiced for successful and peaceful life, for many centuries. The Chakras are neuronal nodal points located in our back bone with appropriate equidistant. Each Chakra plays a vital role in the process of healthy physical & psychological development. Practicing the SEVEN Chakras meditation on daily basis will cleanse and promote these neuronal nodal points and that allows our brain to remove the blocks in these nodal points.
