Product Costing How can be implemented in Cement manufacturing Co. with Process order(Process Industries) in S4HANA 1909

    What you'll learn

SAP "Product Costing" can be implemented in "Cement Manufacturing" in S/4 HANA 1909.

    Requirements

SAP FI and CO module are required and also basics of Product Costing knowledge

    Description

SAP CO: "Product Costing: can be implemented in Cement manufacturing with Process orders(Process Industries)1).This course is very useful to SAP Consultants who want to implement in cement industry sectors in the green field implementation SAP Project whether in S4 HANA and or ECC  2).This course is designed in a very structural way like starting from Organization structure to end products which are to be saleable.Process Content; Most of cement industries are going with PP-PI only since it’s a process industry. So we need to go "Process order controlling as costing object" instead of Production order concept. Here in manufacturing process we can use Make to Stock Scenario. In this course I am explaining with full details the below mentioned five Steps manufacturing process and capture the product cost at each level say Mining, Crushing , Raw meal, Clinker and Cement stages in SAP S/4 HANA systemLimestone Mining – Minis where we can get the “limestone” by way of extraction from quarries.Limestone Crushing –It can be make the "crushed limestone" from uncrushed limestone mining.Raw Meal Preparation –By adding and mixing additive like clay etc  added to crushed limestone to get Raw meal.Clinker – Raw meal is heated in a kiln and gets the clinker, small rock etc., like substances and Grinding – Clinker along with gypsum is grinded to make cement.Packing – Cement is either packed in kg bags and or Bulk in trucks directly as per facility in factory"Product Costing month end closing sequence"F-02 :    All FI expenses booking to common cost centerCPTD :  Actual Template Allocation for Other Overhead ExpensesKB31N : SKF-data enter to Production cost centersKSU1 :  Assessment Cycle Creation and Assessment cost element also creationKSU5 :  Assessment cycle Run for allocating expenses to Production cost centersKSS2 :   Cost Splitting to activities wiseKSII :     Actual activity rate CalculationCON2 : Revaluation ordersCO43 :  Over Head CalculationKKS1 :   Variance calculationCO88 :  Order Settlement
