Reiki Course Outline1. Welcome!Thank you for choosing to learn the loving and healing power of Reiki with the founder of Youniversal Lyfe, Reiki Master & Teacher, Tammy Fuse! In this course, you will learn all the necessities to become an effective Level 1, Level 2, & Reiki Master practitioner!2. IntroductionThis course includes everything you’ll need to know to harness the power of Reiki for yourself and others. We will start off by learning the history and basics of Reiki; then move on to self-healing; we’ll progress to performing healing attunements; and finally, learn how to attune from a distance. This course is an easy course, but there will be a few assessments, practice sessions, and quizzes, but you will achieve certifications in the end if completed successfully.3. Tools and experience you will needIn order to get the most out of my course, you will need access to the following tools:- Internet access - Be able to download MP3’s - Word Document Viewer- PDF Viewer - No experience is ok - Be able to download and watch videos4. Contacting meMy normal business hours are: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST and we are closed on all Public US Holidays and Weekends. Your Attunement CeremonyPart of becoming a Level 1, Level 2, and Master Reiki practitioner, you will need to be ‘attuned’ to the Universe and the 5 Reiki Principles. As part of this course, Reiki Master & Teacher, Tammy Fuse will perform your attunement to prepare you for the journey ahead.· Your attunement will be conducted remotely.· On a Specific Date and time, after you have been enrolled or have requested it.· For all Reiki Levels, which includes Level 1, Reiki Level 2, and Reiki Master Level· Prepare for your attunement by eating well on the day, then meditating prior to the attunement time. Also please be open and willing to accept the Universal Life Force Energy back into your life! JImportant Note: Becoming attuned will help open your mind and raise your awareness back to who you are meant to be so you can become an effective energy healer for yourself and others. This process is very uplifting, but like any change, you may experience ‘shifts’ in your energy and emotions afterward. During the attunement and the weeks following, it’s important that you make wise lifestyle choices, eat and drink well, rest, and be kind to your mind, body, and soul. Again, you will be attuned remotely to all levels and symbols of Reiki, either at a specific time and date that will be announced within the course or after you have requested to be attuned.6. ChakrasIf you haven’t heard of Chakras, they’re like hypothetical ‘wheels’ in our bodies that help the flow of energy move through us; therefore, they’re an important component of Reiki healing. We’ll be covering the main chakras such as: Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root.7. Reiki Level 1We’ll cover the foundations of Reiki in Level 1. You’ll learn what Reiki is, how it came to be taught to others, the Reiki precepts (aka. The 5 Reiki Principles), how to stimulate your own energy, and the importance of self-healing. Practice sessions will be required where you will use the hand energy exercises and your knowledge about the major Chakras will be tested at the end of this section.8. Reiki Level 2At this level, you will learn how to ‘attune’ others. You’ll also learn the Level 1 symbol of Cho Ku Ray (Power), Sei Hei Ki (Emotional), and the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (Distance) and how to use them in your attunements. Practice sessions will be required where you will demonstrate your knowledge and ability to work with the symbols, and you will be tested before moving on to Master Level.9. Master LevelBy this point, you will have learned enough to move into the Master's teachings. At this point, I’ll teach you how to do distance attunements and more specific healings. You will also learn the Master Level symbols: Dai Ku Myo (Master) and the Raku (Grounding) and how to use them in your attunements. There will also be practice sessions where you will display your knowledge of the Master Reiki symbols, and your ability to work with them, and you will have to practice distance attunements on other people. After you have completed the test on this session, you will be administered an exam before qualifying for your certification as a Reiki 1, 2, & Master Reiki practitioner.10. Further LearningI do encourage you, including every and every student, to continue your journey in spiritual and healing growth after you have finished my course. I also will be making additional courses, based on some of your suggestions in the future.11. Tips on a Reiki BusinessThere are a few fundamentals you’ll need to know if you’d like to start a Reiki business. In this section, we’ll cover those basics so you can get started with opening your own healing business!12. CertificationThe last step! We’ll go over the steps in this section on how to obtain your certification. It will take me at least two weeks to assess and process your final exam, and you will receive your certificate.
