Stress and Anxiety are a growing problem in the modern world, and while there are a lot of approaches out there that help to mask the effects, or cope with the underlying issues, there are not so many that offer the opportunity to let go of stress and anxiety in a transformational way.Based on a combination of personal experience, significant research of both Western and Eastern approaches, and years of working with people with Qigong based approaches to overcome Stress and Anxiety, this course is the culmination of decades of work.The aim of this program is to provide an accessible, safe and effective approach to support those who experience the negative aspects of stress and anxiety to find a sustainable and achievable way forward.The program draws on multiple styles of Qigong as well as research in western approaches and is designed in order to offer an open, informative approach that will enable the people who follow the approach to find greater potential in a broad range of embodied approaches while being complete enough to work as a stand-alone program.The unique combination of animations, explanation and practice sessions asks pertinent questions, offers fresh perspectives and focuses you in a positive, forward looking direction in order to live your life without the restrictions that stress and anxiety can create.

It does not require you to have anything more than an openness to the possibilities of Qigong.,If you have experience of Qigong, the ideas and practices presented here are simple enough to apply into your existing practice.,If you don't have experience of Qigong, the practice presented are simple and safe enough to use in personal practice.
