Students will explore program and portfolio management to understand how projects align with broader organizational strategies. The second module, Project Sponsorship and the Project Office, emphasizes governance, organizational structures, the project environment, and the alignment of project goals with company objectives, while highlighting the importance of milestones and life cycle perspectives.In Scope and Scheduling, participants learn essential tools and techniques such as requirement collection, project scope statements, charters, work breakdown structures, and network diagrams. Cost estimation and earned value management are introduced to develop strong analytical and control capabilities. Project Planning and Governance covers stakeholder management, risk assessment, quality assurance, human resource planning, communication, procurement, and ethics—building a holistic view of responsible project management.The final module, Project Execution and Control, focuses on monitoring and controlling processes, ensuring quality standards, managing project changes, and documenting progress through project workbooks and charters.By the end of the course, students will develop competencies in planning, organizing, and managing projects across diverse sectors.
