    Description

I am an active E-commerce person working for a multinational SME E-tailer with a website with 5000 SKUs and an average monthly PV of 900K from 13 countries and areas.Having worked in the E-commerce field, I found that this business model can bring greater happiness to more people. It's not only the store owner, staff, and customers, but also all the collaborators of the business. So, I am thrilled to share the experience of E-commerce with people who want to know what E-commerce is but are not sure where or how to begin. The course describes the whole workflow of e-commerce processing behind the UI, such as product sourcing, marketing, delivery, customer service, and legal and finance-related matters. In the section that might be needed for the practice of database records and calculations, such as Inventory Control, I added the Ready-To-Use file as the supporting document. On top of the processing, I am teaching two topics based on the actual business cases. The first is about the difference between the marketplace business model and the individual website store model. And two actual successful cases of companies that my friends are working on.The second is about the E-commerce market tendencies in APAC and ME countries. Even if you try to sell the same products in these countries, the reactions of customers are different. I am sharing my experience on these markets about good selling items, customers’ spending items, and a workable marketplace. After completing the course, you will see not only the whole picture of E-commerce business processing and the different market tendencies but also that what is required for an E-commerce business owner is always the same, whether the website store is sizable or a SME, either a store in the marketplace or an individual website store.Running an E-commerce business is a long journey, and the scenery often changes quickly. However, it's an incomparable and exciting experience to connect with many people.May E-commerce businesses make more people happier!Ming Mei
