In this course you will learn how to master self-love, care and acceptance. We will start out with an online self-assessment survey, determining where you are at with your own level of self-love, care and acceptance. You will explore grounding practices to help you release stress and tension every day. We will walk through what self-love is, and how you can improve your own level of self-love including loving your mind, body and spirit. We will explore different tools and practices to improve the level of self-love including your mind, body and spirit. We will learn about self-care, and different options, tools and techniques to integrate simple practices into your life starting today to improve your own level of self-care. We will explore energy exercises, Bija Seed Sound chanting to crystal singing bowls, affirmations and meditations. There is an alkaline water recipe that is inexpensive and easy to make, that helps you to maintain a neutral ph balance, reducing inflammation in your body. We will also learn about the different types of crystals for grounding and connecting. We walk through a smudging practice helping you to ground lower energy vibrations into mother earth, while lifting and raising your frequencies. We explore healthy boundary setting to improve your overall level of self-love , care and acceptance; and help you to start developing healthy boundaries through positive affirmations. We will learn about self-acceptance, and what that might look like for you moving forward. We work through self-care strategies that fit into your busy life and schedule including grounding, EFT tapping practices, meditations, short affirmations and so much more!Then we summarize the mindset shifts, lifestyle shifts, habit shifts and any bring forward nuggets that resonated with you in this course. We go through any commitments you are ready to make to yourself moving forward, both short-term and long-term. Then we end with a redo of the online self-assessment survey for self-love, care and acceptance to see the changes you are implementing are working!
