    The is a physician-made course for women who have tried yo-yo dieting without success. The inspiration to make this course came from my deep desire to help my patients when they come for advice on weight loss. I try to spend as much time as possible in the office to answer to their questions but time is never enough during an office visit. Leverage Down is an 8-hour course full of valuable information that I wish every woman knew. The course is designed for women since there is so much disinformation that targets them. The course explains the complexity of weight control and why it is hard to keep it off. You will learn about how your metabolism works, how it is affected over the years, and how much individualized lifestyle changes could help you. This course breaks down the most common myths about weight loss, and exposes how they can be harmful. You will learn on how to set yourself up for success, starting from mindset and expectations. The course discusses the triggers that drive us to eat and how to gain control over them. It will teach you on what to look for if you suspect you have a medical condition that contributes to weight gain. While discussing real-life practical solutions, the course also provides a detailed insight into medical solutions for weight management and their long-term effects.
