Hi, I am Alp from Turkey. I am an English teacher. I have been teaching English for about 20 years.I have collected several language learning materials(activities,tips ,web sites, apps) and techniques to use these materials effectively throughout my career.   The aim of this course is to teach you general English through level A2 via very useful  websites and applications with various exercises and methods that will interest you, and to enable you to work efficiently within a plan and program.We started from letter sounds of English alphabet for a required basis for further studies.English phonics are very fundamental for improving reading-listening(receptive skills) and speaking-writing skills(productive skills which grows automathically by practicing receptive skills much in A1 and A2 levels)To learn a foreign language or English, it is essential to do daily reading and listening practice. However, if we do not know how long, from which sources and by which methods we will work, we either stop working or slow down.Progressing according to the steps, that is, working within a plan, program allows us to be much more profitable in terms of time and effort, and efficiency. In general, we are disappointed at the beginning when learning a foreign language. Because we may not know the resources and methods that will make our learning easier and that will attract our attention. For example, it states that according to experts, a minimum of 1000 hours of practice in a foreign language is required. For the first 500 hours of this period, half an hour should be reading and half an hour should be a listening exercise. We cannot achieve fluency in speaking and writing (productive skills) without practicing these two areas (receptive skills).In fact, we start to use our own language like this. First, by reading and listening a lot, we will expose our minds to English a lot, so that the language acquisition ability in our brain will be activated and then automatic (authenticity). Let's speak and write fluently without translating or thinking with the other.Each lesson in this online course includes websites and apps for the main activities that you will use in your daily work (30 mins reading, 30 mins listening and 15 mins listening), as well as their work and methods.
