    World dance enthusiasts and fitness gurus will enjoy these three workouts in the style of Belly Dance, Samba, and Tahitian. Each lecture is a separate focus on a different style of world dance. You will learn terminology, hand movements, hip movements, and traveling steps, and understand the rhythms of each dance style.The Belly Dance Fitness lecture is a 45-minute full dance class, introducing hand movements, arm movements, and leg and posture positions necessary to perform the Belly Dance technique.The Samba Blast Workout is a 30-minute full dance class, that includes arm movements, traveling steps, short combos, and hip movements popular in carnival style and Zumba-style workouts.The Tahitian Dance Drills lecture includes a 30-minute cardio-filled class for Tahitian dance movements. You will learn choreographic phrases for the arms, hips, and leg stances.This course also includes an additional  second Samba Blast Workout session. Now students interested in world dance, specifically in these particular styles can also learn from the privacy of their own home.Each segment includes a short quiz as a reminder to absorb the terminology taught in class.You can watch these videos at your own pace or do all three in the same sitting.Please consult a physician before performing any physical activity.
