Contractor’s understanding for the project requirements must exactly meet the owner’s expectations. Construction works must be precisely performed as planned and to the specified quality.Contract and relationship among the parties shall be predicated on good faith, sincerity, transparency and mutual understanding, respecting the principles of real partnership.
