The ability for leaders and their teams to solve problems is key in not only minimizing impact but also to prevent re-occurrence. The 4C Problem Solving process (4C - Concern, Cause, Countermeasure & Check) is a structured, data-based, approach to close the gap between where we are and where we need to be. This process is applicable to all issues, operational as well as strategic, and in every situation where an improvement opportunity presents itself.The Problem Solving learning session is designed to enhance your capability to resolve issues by understanding root causes and fixing them.
