    Description

Did you have a good sleep last night? The number of people using PCs and smartphones is increasing at a high rate. According tostudies, Japanese people spend an average of 3 hours per day using them. People who overusethese devices have a problem with their bodies, that is "sleep disturbance".Hello, I’m Mitsutoshi Taniguchi, a Practitioner in acupuncture and moxibustion, and a shiatsutherapist. I am the Director of "Japan Body Care Academy", which is a school teaching"KEIRAKU" techniques.KEIRAKU is an original technique mixed with Shiatsu and Japanese dry massage based onOriental medicine, which has been passed down through many generations in Japan sinceancient times. Now our main school is located in Akihabara, Tokyo, but we also teach KEIRAKU in Rwanda, EastAfrica. In Rwanda, we teach the KEIRAKU, especially to the visually impaired therapists, mothers who have disabled children, or single mothers and we help individuals to make anincome out of learning these massage techniques. As I mentioned before, since "sleepdisturbance" reduces concentration, it gives us negatively affects studying and working. Moreover, it is said that "sleep disturbance" raises the risk of adult diseases, depression, anddementia. If you cannot sleep at night, you might have a problem with sleep disturbance. But please don'tworry.Among the techniques of KEIRAKU which I teach, there are techniques to improve sleepdisturbance. That is the "KEIRAKU head care" treatment. In the KEIRAKU head care treatment, we approach the meridians, passages of energy flow inone's head. We also do shiatsu to acupressure points. It is a treatment for just 17 minutes, but you can sleep deeply as soon as you get a KEIRAKUhead care. And you can sleep deeply at night as well. Of course, it goes without saying it is not effectivewith just one treatment but you can benefit from Keiraku head care by getting it twice a week. This program consists of the main video teaching the technique and 32 additional videos. Youcan master KEIRAKU head care by using this program.Thank you very much.Japan Body Care AcademyMitsutoshi Taniguchi
