    What you'll learn

    ISO 39001 is an international standard for Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management Systems.

    This course will give you a real problem solving experience from an engeneer with experience in ISO 39001

    This is a course with gudiance with ISO 39001 step by step with all standard requirements or establishing, implementing, maintain and improving a Road Traffic

    My previous experience was with 500+ passenger vehicles and 40+ busses, 80+ professional drivers and more than 4000 vehicle users

    Requirements

    Best advise for company that want to implement tis standard is to have a employee or team who will take care RTS in same company. Everything can be done in excel, but it takes a lot of time, sometimes improvment takes investments, especially through IT solutions.

    The employee should have an understanding of traffic safety-related issues.

    The required skills include knowledge of Excel, traffic accident analysis, vehicle damage assessment, familiarity with motor vehicle parts, and an understanding of traffic laws

    Familiarity with ISO management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a plus, but not mandatory

    Basic knowledge of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, SWAT

    (For advanced courses) Experience in incident investigation, vehicle dynamics, or safety audits
