This 30 Days of Meditations for transformation is part of our Kung Fu Living program. The Kung Fu Living program isn’t only for people learning Kung Fu, it is for anyone wanting to develop improved understanding and control of their emotional experiences.The programme consists of two videos every day.A guided morning contemplation will encourage you to spend some time each day considering and understanding these, often life-changing, concepts.
