    No martial arts experience needed. This course is intended to strengthen one's foundation as they are starting their journey in the martial art they chose.

    Description

    This course is intended to help martial artists from all levels strengthen their foundation. Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the martial art you chose, having a solid foundation helps shape your martial arts journey. No matter what level you are in, whether you are just starting, or needing a refresher, this course can assist in solidifying your foundation. Included in this course are exercises to improve flexibility, balance, stamina, basic kicks, and mastering them. This course is designed to fit into your own convenience. You can take it anytime and anywhere, even in the comfort of your home. This course was put together by Coach Joffrey, a 4th Dan Blackbelt in Taekwondo and certified in Krav Maga. He started his martial arts journey in the Philippines at the age of 8 in Karate then transitioned to Taekwondo at the age of 10. From then on, he trained continuously, became a part of the National Demo Team, and started teaching at the age of 18, imparting his knowledge to students from the age of 3 and up. He trained for several months in Korea before moving to the United States, where he is now the chief instructor and owner of Kihap Martial Arts.
