Welcome to Your Success Zone. Toxic productivity can leave you feeling overworked at the expense of your personal life and health. My approach to mindset work isn't about constantly “doing”. To succeed in all aspects of life, you need to take time to rest and reflect and feel emotionally balanced. Mindset is everything when it comes to success and happiness. Having the right mindset will help you build more confidence, calm your mind, and take on any challenge you face. In this course I help you shift away from your fixed mindset into a growth mindset. This will help you better manage stressful situations, be more open to receiving feedback, improve your self-esteem and confidence, and become more motivated to work, study, and solve problems in your career and life. Your mindset can hold you back from taking action and creating the life and career you want. In module 1, we'll talk about:How to develop a positive mindsetHow to feel more empowered, andHow to eliminate self-doubt and fears. In module 2, you'll learn what 'manifestation' means and how you can use it in practical ways to get what you want in your career and life. I have a unique approach to teaching productivity. I believe techniques like meditation, visualization, and breathing are the key to getting in the right frame of mind for getting something done. In module 3, you'll learn several ways of creating inner calm and increasing your focus, including:MeditationVisualizationMantras, and Breath work At the end of the course, you will know techniques to prevent burnout and reduce anxiety, and understand how visualization, meditation, manstras, and breath work can put you in the sucess zone and help you stay balanced when things get stressful.
