Then this is the right course for you!With the English for Engineers course you will build up a solid vocabulary in all relevant technical disciplines!You'll be able to talk about technical topics in English right off the bat - whether it's talking to a customer or understanding a technical issue!Course structureFor each of the topics in this course, you'll go through the following program:Videos: A video lesson that teaches you the meaning and pronunciation of important vocabulary and sentence components. Each lesson has many pictures and examples to give you more than just translations. Also, each lesson has a part where you get active yourself and apply the newly learned content!Quizzes: Each video is followed by a quiz in which you can directly use what you have learned!Additional material: To make sure that you still benefit from this course after you have worked through it, there are vocabulary lists for each unit, which will serve you wonderfully for learning or as a dictionary. We also provide you with all the slides from the videos.The entire course is in English, but don't worry! The language is simple and understandable, so basics in English are enough for you to follow the course. All content is always on the slides and the translation is done using pictures and examples. The course is designed for non-native speakers!LecturerThis course is held by Sarah. She is studying to become a teacher for technical schools for the subjects of mechanical engineering and English at RWTH Aachen, one of the best universities in Germany. Thus Sarah combines the most important things for this course: language competence and technical know-how.
