    Description

    Empower your mind is A stress management course containing 5 modules which covers not only knowledge of stress but tips and techniques to be able to manage stress more effectively.  In all modules practical ways of dealing with different challenges which create stress and how to manage these more effectively using strategies. Each module is broken down into units, each unit has a video to watch and also handouts. Module 1 explores stress, looking into different types of stress, and how we can use time management to be able to reduce our stress levels.  Module 2 explored burn out. Explores what is burn out, what signs and symptoms show up when we are heading for burn out what we need to be doing or changing our habits and how to prevent burn out from occurring, and how to recover. Module 3 explored emotions, types of emotions and developing emotional intelligence, how to learn how to self regulation. Module 4 explored boundaries, types of boundaries setting boundaries and maintaining boundaries and how to implement boundaries. Module 5 explores self care different types of self care and how to write a self care plan to be able to life a more balanced stress free lifestyle.
