Description
This course is power-packed with life skills that are important for success. Everyone can talk, but effective communication is an art. Learn how to speak what’s on your mind with compassion, and specificity and get what you want from people. Negotiate higher salaries. Diffuse conflicts and disagreements with ease using the effective communications framework. Nicely say ‘NO’ to things you don’t like. Maintain good relationships with everyone by setting their expectations. The majority of our life problems happen because either we don't know how to ask for things we want. Or it is our inability to say ‘NO’ to people we don’t like. In this course, we will find the common mistakes we make that ruin relationships, erode trust, and learn how to avoid them. A few key outcomes of the course are:Personal improvement: Learn the tricks of improving your communication by doing a short heart chakra opening meditation, open body language, calming down emotional turmoil, and having clarity of thought by setting an intention before an important conversation.Communication frameworks: Practise the art of communicating what you want using special scripts, sentences, and frameworks. E.g. disarming techniques to resolve arguments, sharing difficult feedback with ease, making counter offers when someone says no to you, building good relationships, avoiding communication pitfalls, and many more communication hacks.Setting boundaries and expectations: You will master the art of how to say ‘NO’ to people in different settings and situations. Understand what are boundaries, what is okay or not okay for you, and how to set boundaries. You will also learn how to set other people’s expectations in advance so that you don't face misunderstandings later.Practice examples: Apply the frameworks during the session by practicing while watching the video. I will also share the answers to those practice examples. For example, how to negotiate for a higher salary, how to get a promotion, how to share feedback with someone not doing their work properly, say no to a client who wants extra work for free, and many more.
