Description
Society teaches all kinds of things when it comes to weight loss and long-lasting health. Dieting is not the right way. Avoiding carbs is not the right way. Intermittent fasting is not the right way. Society at large doesn't really know how the body works. What you want to copy is nature's way, and that is what I aim to show you in my courses. In this course, "Eat According to How Your Body is Naturally Designed," I teach the basic foundation of healthy eating. Your body was made a certain way, and the habits around HOW you eat is as important as WHAT you eat. Behaviorally speaking, it can be even more important. By simply changing around a few lifestyle habits, much of the weight you're desiring to lose will come off by itself. Learn in this course: that it is normal to love food, how often to eat, how your body is naturally designed, why water keeps you thin, and the correct food pyramid. I also talk about how to increase your white blood cell count, why the scale doesn't matter, and how to be able to indulge in foods you love that aren't healthy. For this course, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to work and implement the suggestions, even if you don't believe that you'll get results. As if often said with coaching, the method won't work unless you do, and results WILL come after specific habits have been adopted. It's hard to believe until it happens, and remember that it will take some time. So give yourself patience and grace. Dust yourself off if you feel you mess up, and get back on the wagon and try again. Every human body is designed the same way with the same bodily functions. It's just a matter of whether or not your habits are going with or against your body's natural design.
