‘Introduction to Critical Thinking’ course has been designed to help ensure participants take an analytical approach to their work and learn to plan and structure their thought process prior to jumping into the workplace problems they face. It may be that they tend to jump ‘feet first’ into issues and make assumptions and solutions before they have all the facts, or are too quick to come to their decision on the right approach. They may also be people that have critical thinking skills already but would benefit from developing them further.Critical thinking has been highlighted as one of the key skills required by organizations today and the ability to think critically is often the difference between a good employee and a great one. With the access to data that we have today, many people seem to have lost the art of taking stock and thinking carefully about problems that we face.
