Description
This is the course made for you who want to start working out, or you who are relatively new to working out. It's made very simple so it's easy for everyone to understand even if you haven't seen a dumbbell before. Along with a complete in-depth training program with videos explaining every single exercise, you will get an APP where you can track and follow along the program while working out.I Have created this based on my 4 years of experience working out, and all of the exercises I have chosen for this beginner training program have been chosen to be simple, and easy to execute while being the most effective. Do note, that this is not a training program for people who don't have access to a gym or at least some gym equipment like barbells, weights, and dumbbells. If you struggle to figure out the app Hevy, I have made a video on my YouTube about how to use it, as well as another app called MyFitnessPal, which is great for tracking and counting calories and keeping track of your diet. I use both Hevy and MyFitnessPal every single day and I highly encourage everyone to do the same.
