    After a uniquely diverse twenty-year career as a teacher (which you can hear more about in the introduction video if you are interested), I am so excited to bring forth this offering! It is the first of many course experiences that will all be created with a very specific goal - to support teachers and the unique challenges they face.If you are a teacher that is feeling overwhelmed, then you are in the right place! Whether it’s due to a certain time of year, testing, curriculum woes, life in general, or something else, there are inevitably moments when it becomes difficult to stay centered. This course is designed to help you regain a sense of balance when things start to feel out of control, to ride the waves with more ease.You are here to make a difference in the lives of others, and the ripples of your impact stretch further than many people understand.
