Description

Do you feel unbalanced, run down and stressed out? Then this course is for you. The introduction will explain a new definition of love, a new way to breathe and how these two small changes can have big results. Then you will work through 7 sections all about love and the breath. Each section includes a prayer (to start and end) a short teaching, and a practical application that uses your breath and scripture to move your soul into balance. The first section is about God's pure and perfect love. The second section is about self love and using our breath to sit in the stillness of God's presence and rest. The third section is about loving your family and creating a home filled with the love of God. The fourth sections is about loving friends and how to choose your inner circle. The fifth section is about community, thinking about what love looks like in a community and how to build a healthy community. The sixth section is all about romantic love and how to build a stronger bond with your partner. The seventh section is about loving your enemies and letting go of old hurts and grudges. By the end of this course you will be equipped with 7 breathwork techniques, ways to love in every situation.
