What you'll learnA practical hands on approach to Business Strategy using readily available tools. such as Statista, SEMrush and other desk research data and tools : utilising the new range of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT / Looka and so on to build out our proposition.In sum we will explore the task of writing a Business Strategy documents through the 4 lens of Markets / Competition / Customer and Brand.For each lens we will pose questions which confront strategic planners answering questions like :o How big is the market we trying to enter and what is its growth rate?o How many competitors do we face ? what are their products and brands, what are their strengths and weaknesses ?o Who is out customer or consumer? Should we segment them and if so, how? What the advantages and disadvantages of segmentation?o What brand do we use and how should we build a brand (as a case study).The do's and don'ts of working with business and marketing data – the limitations and strengths.All 4 parts are highlighted through case studies of brands which have been worked on through Teracomb.Aimed at aspiring planners to learn the basic way in which questions are asked and answered, the terminology used and the task of assembling a coherent story.In four parts including 2 hours of video and 200 slides and a quiz.
