Whether you are preparing to attend an in-person class for the first time, have attended some yoga but are feeling lost, or want to practice at home, this course is the perfect place to start!We will explore the basics of yoga - common postures you'll expect to see in most classes, some basic flows - including learning a sun salutation, and how to balance.
