Its aim is to help you release past negative experiences or worries that might hinder you from living your best life. It also promotes self-love and acceptance, empowering you to make positive changes and pursue the life you truly desire. (Available now)**Course 2: Sow and Grow**  Centres on discovering your authentic voice, identifying your deepest desires, and creating a revolutionary strategy to reorganise your life.
