    This course is for people who want help dealing with stress.Learn novel approaches to overcoming a low mood, guided meditations to practise the skill of quickly relaxing, and a new perspective on effective goal setting.You will learn how to journal, with many prompts to get you started throughout the course, which you can practise completing everyday. There is also a long workbook of cognitive behavioural therapy exercises to do, to help clarify your thinking by dispelling cognitive distortions and considering more points of view.Each section of the course is based in thorough psycho-education. There are guided booklets for goal setting, re-framing failure, sleep, stress, and positive visualisation. These are detailed pieces that you can follow along to help address any issues in these areas.The final section is very focused on teaching you ways to calm your body’s stress reaction, with eleven guided relaxation tracks. There are also more meditative videos throughout each section.There are copious education materials in every part of the course, for example a sheet to record your relaxation progress, a weekly planner, a tool to finding pleasure in activities again, amongst more.
