It will release all the tension from their body and help them to relax. It will also help them to sleep better, if they are having trouble sleeping.I will go through all the techniques you need from effleurage to hacking. We will concentrate on the below:Create a Relaxing Environment: Dim the lights, play soft music, and ensure the room is at a comfortable temperature.Use Massage Oil or Lotion: This can help your hands glide smoothly over the skin and enhances the overall experience.Communicate: If you are giving a massage, ask the recipient about their comfort levels and pressure preferences.Focus on Tension Areas: Pay extra attention to areas where the person feels tightness or pain, such as the lower back or neck.Keep a Steady Rhythm: Maintaining a consistent pace can help the person relax more deeply.Encourage Hydration: Remind the person to drink water after the massage to help flush out toxins released from the muscles.
