Requirements

Time allocation is also important. Whether it’s in the morning or later in the day, Set aside a specific time each day for your meditation practice.
Respect your boundaries and listen to your body. If you find certain positions uncomfortable or certain practices challenging, adjust as needed to ensure you’re comfortable and at ease.
A willingness to reflect on your experiences is essential. Take time after each session to consider how you feel, what thoughts or emotions arose, and how the practice is impacting your daily life.
Maintain a non-judgmental attitude. Approach each session without expectations or self-criticism. Accept whatever comes up during your practice with compassion and understanding.

After testing it with our clients, I found that it's very effective and convenient for all kinds of people to incorporate into their routines.
