Time Investment: This course requires your focus from 5-8 AM for wake-up, workouts, and lessons, and 6-7 PM for accountability and reflection.

The 14-Day Warrior Training Camp is a transformative two-week program designed to build unshakable discipline, mental toughness, and peak physical fitness. The program gradually increases in intensity, starting with manageable 1-mile runs in Week 1 and progressing to more challenging 2-mile runs in Week 2. Sundays are reserved for rest and recovery, giving your body and mind time to recharge.But this program goes beyond physical fitness. It’s designed to help you develop a warrior mindset. Through concise daily lessons, you’ll learn how to eliminate distractions, break bad habits, and take control of your life. A habit tracker and daily affirmations will help you stay consistent and accountable, ensuring measurable progress. Week 1 focuses on building strong foundations—reshaping your mindset, forming better habits, and laying the groundwork for success.
