This is the first Satch book I ever bought, the melodies on this album are amazing. This book has everything a real guitar player will need. I would recomend that you know your scales first. The songs are fairly straightforward compared to some of the other Albums. The focus on this album is using Scales/Modes to represent an emotional theme, but don't worry their are plenty of mind boggling licks that will tear your hand up if your not ready.
