    Welcome to Job Analysis!
    This course covers the process and methods of creating a job analysis and job task analysis. The job analysis process includes DIF surveys, task-to-training matrices, and the methods you can use today to get the job done. Primarily focused on training professionals, you will have the knowledge and tools necessary to break down a job and turn it into the foundation of your training design. The detail of this process is rarely covered in instructional design courses - make sure you're creating your task lists correctly by taking this course! This course is also useful for recruiters and HR Professionals who write job descriptions and for managers who want to evaluate their employees with more accuracy.Every video is less than 5 minutes, giving you manageable bites of information.
