This book is a very detailed account of armored personnel carriers from the 1950s through the mid-1980s. By now it is a bit dated, since many of the vehicles described are no longer in service with the major armies of the world and post-1990 vehicles are not included. But it still offers a very good presentation for the times. It describes the vehicle development histories and major variants. There are extensive detailed tabulations of dimensions and performance characteristics. It includes the armored personnel carriers of every nation that has built any.
