This evolving landscape includes everything, from new compliance and security requirements, the need for high availability and resilience, integration with growing complexity of supply chains, new business models to accommodate global changes, and of course the growth of digital transformation.IT service management – is simply how IT teams manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services to customers. This includes all the processes and activities to design, create, deliver, and support IT services.
