    The objective of this course is to explain how and why we should develop a strategic plan and performance management framework to ensure innovation is well managed within our organization to achieve its intended goals. Then a complete Balanced Scorecard with KPIs and Strategic Initiatives example is developed. The course illustrates as well how the Global Innovation Index is calculated. Key parts of the Global Innovation 2022 Report are illustrated. An interesting aspect of the report is the Innovation System efficiency in converting its inputs to outputs. The course illustrates as well the time lags which exists among leading and lagging indicators in the Innovation Management System.
