IT Analyst: Operation - in - Demand

The IT Analysts is the person who takes care of Application and production support activities. With Minimum Software Skills required: Oracle SQL, Unix shell scripting, Ticketing Tool Knowledge. Good to have: Java or Python (Web Spring frameworks). Today IT Analysts are in high demand in an IT software organizations. Due to continuous development, maintenance & Support in a project. Which is also known as Agile Technology CICD (Continous Integration Continous Deployment). An IT Analyst would require minimum Front Middle ware skills (Java python .net golang Ruby) and banckend skills (Oracle Sql &Plsql Mongo Casandra Nosql Query languages) and SLA’s (Serice Level Agreements) using Ticketing Tool’s (BMC Remedy JIRA Service Desk). So In this Book I’ll cover these modern technologies as a tool for rapid software modernisation & developments. Troubleshooting is a very essential in any organisation to adhere the root cause analysis (RCA) in an business in an organisation. It include Problem Analysis Problem Determination & Trouble Shooting in area of Defect Analysis. Ticketing Tools are very useful to determine the Defect Priority (Leve 1 /Level 2 /Level 3) as per the SLA’s these defect Analysis is analysed by the Level 2 support engineer’s and escalated & forwarded to different team’s (Level – N) for the defect fixes and root cause analysis. SQL is a standard language for storing, manipulating and retrieving data in databases. It is very useful in trouble shooting and adehering in defect analysis. Also Unix Linux commands are very useful in writing an automation unix scripts (Ksh / Sh/ Bash).
