Requirements
This is an Intermediate to Advanced level course on Isomalt. Students should have Basic to Intermediate knowledge/skills in Isomalt decorating and sugar craft. To gain this basic/intermediate knowledge, please complete My Sweet Passion Cake's other basic Isomalt courses prior to attending this course.
Description
In this training course, Beata Khoo will demonstrate her unique and special skills and show students how to design, create, model, sculpt and decorate a conceptual Isomalt swan, complete with its base and support stand and other intricate decorations and ornaments.Also, how to securely attach the swan to its base and support stand. In particular to the stand, they will learn a special technique on how to mould it into a circle. Students will learn how to make intricate features of the swan and also other effects and decorations from Isomalt, such as corals and water effect/splash. In the process, you will learn how to cook, colour, pull and shape Isomalt. All in all, students will learn very useful tips and tricks and more from Isomalt specialist, Beata Khoo of My Sweet Passion Cakes, who is based in Brighton, East Sussex in the United Kingdom.So, don't miss this opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills in a unique skill not many cake decorators possess.
