In the study of this dynamic, it is essential to resort to Political Economy .
Health care can be influenced by the epidemiological profile of the population, which fundamentally depends on the conditions and lifestyles (way of life) and is expressed in needs (suffering, illness, injuries, risks, vulnerability or ideals of health) and demands for consultations,
vaccines, information, tests and hospitalizations. At the same time, is one sector strategic to the business of the companies industrial production of inputs, the contractors of construction civil, of agencies of publicity, the services of consulting and training human resources, insurance companies,
banks etc.
