Description
The golf swing is complex but it does not need to be complicated. I have created a series of videos that will help you change your game for good. All too often, golfers are advised on what to do in their swing. This can be effective but unfortunately leads to short term gains in most cases. In this course, I am going to educate you on the golf swing and help you understand why certain swing issues arise. Knowledge is power.By understanding an error it is easier to maintain the changes your are trying to make. I have highlighted some of the common swing mistakes I see golfers make everyday, and unless your not human, you have made some of these yourself. Here is the thing, knowing how to fix this issue is one thing, understanding why it became and issue in the first place is another. In my opinion, without knowing the source, the change will always be short term. On completion of this course, you will have the ability to assess your swing, diagnose swing issues, understand why they occur and address the issue head on to create long lasting results. Lastly, I believe your body is your best piece of equipment. It is well documented that improving strength and mobility leads to better performances on the course. I have attached a short golf specific workout. Please ensure you get advise from your doctor before performing exercise to ensure it is safe. This video is for educational purposes only, and should only be performed if you are fit to do so.
