    Requirements
    The course requires the prospective students to have undertaken the “Project Management” course and have an understanding of the Project Management Institute’s terminologies and project lifecycle.
    The course will help the project management professionals to increase their practical knowledge and incorporate quality into their project management processes.
    Description
    The Quality Management course will teach the students on techniques and methodology to develop, improve and implement quality control programs at their workplace. This course will enable the students to incorporate quality in the project, prioritize the requirements to meet the end-customer’s quality requirements, implement quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure project success. It also teaches on the development of a quality management plan. The course is based on the real-world scenarios to give the students a better understanding of what they are learning.The Quality Management course is the next step for the students who have completed the project management course. It builds up on the knowledge gained in the project management course and focuses on the quality management aspect of project management. The quality management course opens up the avenues for career growth in the field of project management.
