    Description
    Fundamentals of Healthcare Communication course was created by Translate Nursing LLC. This course is designed for foreign-born healthcare professionals and their families who may need more education and support in achieving optimal and successful transformation into their new culture. Effective communication is essential. This course consists of five lectures and a final quiz to test your knowledge. In-depth explanation of verbal, non-verbal and written communication is provided. Upon completion of the class you will have basic knowledge on how to correctly write emails, document and correct errors as accepted by the United States communication etiquette. You will learn how correctly communicate with your patients and families, this process is also known as “bedside manners”. </p>
