This is the core message of these videos.Your training will NOT be as productive if those skills are not already understood. After you acquire those skills, then you will take your other skills to a new level!In this course you will learn how to optimize your body’s ability to create a very powerful structure and alignment that will tremendously increase the power of your strikes. This ability to be relaxed but at the same time be strongly connected to the ground, will help you move and strike in a more efficient way. You will also learn how to use a different way of generating powerful movements with natural wave patterns expressed through a connected and rooted body structure. Included in the course are many solo and partner drills to develop these skills. Also covered are important foundation work in fighting stances, footwork, opponent fighting styles, and applications. The information in this course can benefit any martial arts practitioner from beginner to advanced, who wants to enhance their fighting skills.
