This is how you create the POWER and a STRONG CONNECTED BODY!That is what makes the difference and the purpose of this course. This is the core message of these videos.Your training will NOT be as productive if those skills are not already understood. After you acquire those skills, then you will take your other skills to a new level!In this course you will learn how to optimize your body’s ability to create a very powerful structure and alignment that will tremendously increase the power of your strikes. This ability to be relaxed but at the same time be strongly connected to the ground, will help you move and strike in a more efficient way.
