    Efter drabet på 54-årig mand i en lejlighed i Dragør i april 1985 blev en 18-årig ung mand anholdt og fængslet, sigtet for drabet. Han tilstod, at han havde forøvet drabet alene.

    Forskelligt kunne dog tyde på, at der havde været 2 gerningsmænd i lejligheden, og nogle dage efter fængslingen tilstod den fængslede, at en 24-årig kvinde havde været med til drabet.

    Kvinden blev anholdt og fremstillet i grundlovsforhør, sigtet for drabet. Hun nægtede sig skyldig. Hun blev løsladt af underretten. Anklageren kærede kendelsen til landsretten, som stadfæstede underrettens kendelse.

    Ca. 4 uger sener blev kvinden igen anholdt og fremstillet i grundlovsforhør, men igen blev hun løsladt af underretten. Sagen blev kæret til landsretten, som igen stadfæstede underrettens kendelse.

    Sigtelsen mod kvinden for manddrab blev opretholdt, og ved et nævningeting i Østre Landsret blev både den 18-årige unge mand og den 24-årige kvinde kendt skyldige i drab, og begge blev idømt 12 års fængsel.
