You've been studying English for a while, but have had little contact with native English speakers. As you watch, the gentleman approaches you. You become a little nervous. Then, he catches your gaze and says, "Excuse me. Where can I find the washrooms?" You are caught off guard. Translated verbs and nouns fight for attention in your head, and you manage to only say, "Ahhh… hmmm…"  The visitor, seeing your confusion, then says, "That's all right.
