Let me introduce you my course!I and my teams develop different products like Web applications, Mobile apps, Browser extensions, websites or different online services based on Agile frameworks like Kanban, Scrumban and Scrum.During our work we have elaborated some amount of tips and useful approaches that I want to share with you in this course.These tips help our teams to enhance their velocity, bring order and help our teammates to grow as professionals.I am absolutely confident that all of you guys read a lot of books about Project management activities and know the theoretical bases pretty well!My course is not about theory. You will not see here much about theory. All of you already know the theory.My course will share with you only approaches based on practical experience.
