My name is Aseel Arabia. I am a home chef, a freelance chef and a cook to large events and people all over the world. I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine. I hope this course will be easy for you to follow so you can replicate and share some of my lovely recipes.Cooking vegan dishes is incredibly easy in the Arab world because the Levantine region especially is well known for it's varied options. Even with your basic knowledge of cooking, you will learn dishes such as:- the ever-popular baba ghanooj, a wonderful vegan appetiser.-  jute stew, a unique stew made from jute leaves that can be eaten as a porridge or soup.- jazariyeh, for the carrot lovers- fool, made with fava beans and can be enjoyed as an appetiser as well as a protein snack. …and the many plentiful dishes in oil cooking!Expand your diet and improve your cooking abilities by learning about Arabian vegan cuisine in this course.
